Seller's Choice Program
We believe in listening to our clients and customers. Our clients and customers believe in choice. Our innovative Seller's Choice Program is a result of our understanding today's real estate consumer. No longer are sellers forced to take a "one size fits all" offering from our firm. MKB, REALTORS has developed four distinct packages tailored to provide choice in services and pricing. From our Bronze package that empowers the seller to control most aspects of the home sale, to our Platinum package that offers our renowned "white gloved" full service.
Here are some of the features of each service level package:
- Platinum - Our renowned "white gloved" full service. The services offered under the Platinum package are our traditional offerings in which we handle the pricing advice, marketing, negotiating, assistance from contract to closing, and all other aspects of the home sale experience. The fee for this level of service is a percentage of the sales price and payable at settlement.
- Gold - At this level, the seller receives more of our traditional service offerings. It includes all the services offered in our Bronze and Silver package, but also provides assistance in negotiating offers and fulfilling the seller's obligations under an accepted contract. The home seller controls the marketing through the placement and payment of all advertising. The fee for this package is expressed as a percentage of the sales price and is due at settlement.
Silver - This service package included everything under the Bronze plus a Comparative Market Analysis. This will assist the seller in properly pricing their home relative to current market conditions. We will also place a lockbox on the property to make its showing more convenient to the seller's schedule. As in the Bronze package, the seller handles all aspects of the marketing and transaction. Under this package, the fee is due at the time of the listing.
- Bronze - This package includes assistance in filling out important and required documents, placing your property information in our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and allows the seller to market the property as appropriate. The seller markets, shows the home to perspective purchasers, and handles all of the details of the transaction. The compensation for this package is a set fee paid at the time of the listing.
